As a Commercial Account Manager, your objectives will be multiple and focused on performance and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for turning every interaction into a development opportunity, identifying the specific needs of your prospects and clients, and offering them the most suitable solutions from our range of medical equipment. You will aim to achieve and exceed sales targets, while building lasting relationships of trust. You will also maintain active competitive intelligence and report strategic market information to refine our sales approaches and product offerings.




Your days will be structured by varied and responsible sales tasks. You will be in charge of identifying and prospecting for new potential clients in the medical sector, whether they are healthcare facilities, clinics, or independent professionals. Managing your existing client portfolio autonomously will be a significant part of your activity, involving regular visits, product demonstrations, and order follow-up. Commercial negotiation, developing personalized proposals, and closing deals will be at the heart of your success. You will also ensure post-sales technical and commercial support, thus guaranteeing customer satisfaction and loyalty.






Required profile :

To be considered for this position, a higher education level is required. You hold a degree of **Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher**, ideally from a business school or a recognized university program. This education has allowed you to acquire solid knowledge in **commerce**, **sales**, **export**, or **marketing**, thus equipping you with the fundamental tools to excel in a commercial role.




Significant previous experience in sales is expected. We are looking for someone with **1 to 3 years** of experience in similar roles, ideally gained in the medical equipment, pharmaceutical, or related technical sector. This period has allowed you to develop your interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, and capacity to understand the technical aspects of our products.





  • Excellent command of sales and negotiation techniques.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills to interact effectively with a diverse clientele.

  • High capacity for analysis and synthesis to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.

  • Great autonomy, rigor, and organization to manage a client portfolio and achieve your goals.

  • Intellectual curiosity and a keen interest in the medical equipment sector.

  • Proficiency in common computer tools (Office Suite) and ideally a CRM tool.

  • Sensitivity to the healthcare and medical equipment field.

  • A driver's license is essential for your professional travel.
