We are looking for a passionate and motivated Medical Representative (M/F) to join our team. In this crucial role, you will be the essential link between our company and healthcare professionals, directly contributing to the promotion and distribution of our products. Your main mission will be to promote our products to healthcare professionals, ensuring optimal information dissemination and a perfect understanding of their needs. Your daily tasks will be varied and stimulating. You will plan and conduct regular medical visits, adapting your approach to each healthcare professional. Managing your schedule, participating in training sessions and meetings will also be an integral part of your responsibilities. Required profile :
We are looking for a candidate with at least a Bac +2 level of education, ideally with a specialization in Medical / Paramedical fields. Solid knowledge of the medical sector, acquired through training or professional experience, is a major asset. Your organizational skills, ability to learn quickly, and eagerness to acquire new knowledge will be essential for success in this role. Good oral and written communication skills in both French and Arabic (a plus) are indispensable.
Professional experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar position would be a considerable advantage, but junior profiles with strong motivation and great potential will also be considered. If you have already worked in the pharmaceutical or medical field, this will be a plus. The important thing is to demonstrate a real interest in the sector, a quick adaptability, and a strong motivation to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's success.
To succeed in this position, you will need strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, and a real sense of customer service. Good knowledge of the medical sector and the ability to present technical information clearly and concisely will be essential.
