In a context of strategic development and continuous growth, we are looking for a Regional Reporting Officer based in the Rabat-Salé-Kénitra region.
Your main mission will be to ensure the reliability and relevance of regional reporting information. You will actively contribute to strategic decision-making by providing accurate analyses and informed recommendations. Your role will be essential to optimize our operations and ensure sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze regional financial and operational data.
- Prepare regular performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
- Identify deviations from objectives and propose corrective actions.
- Participate in the development of budgets and forecasts related to your scope.
- Ensure compliance with internal reporting standards and procedures.
- Interact with various stakeholders to ensure data quality.
Required profile :
Holder of a Bac +5 degree or equivalent, ideally in Finance, Accounting, Audit, and Control. You have a strong understanding of financial and analytical issues, acquired through a demanding academic background.
You have professional experience of 3 to 5 years in similar roles, during which you have demonstrated your expertise in reporting, ideally in a demanding environment such as the healthcare sector. Experience in a regional environment would be a significant asset.
To succeed fully in this role, you will rely on the following key skills:
- Excellent command of reporting tools and data analysis software (Advanced Excel, Power BI, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
- Rigor, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Autonomy, proactivity, and sense of responsibility
- Very good command of the French language, both written and spoken
