Job :
The Mission Manager, under the supervision of the Principal Inspector, has the main mission of planning, executing, and supervising missions by bringing their expertise in the IT field and supervising auditors to ensure good progress of ongoing work.
Main missions:
Contribute to the Risk Assessment process and the development of the annual audit plan
Evaluate the effectiveness of the internal control system within information systems
Verify the existence and proper application of reference texts and compliance with procedures applicable to information systems
Monitor the implementation of action plans and recommendations issued by the audit
Write mission reports and prepare end-of-mission summaries by controlling the reliability and quality of work
Verify the audit trail at the end of each mission by controlling the archiving of electronic and physical files
Lead and guide auditors in conducting their missions and provide necessary training
Participate in certain cross-functional projects and/or permanent files of the department and take part in special missions assigned by their hierarchical superior
Contribute to updating internal procedures through the implementation of regulatory watch
Manage the interface with auditees to follow up on the progress of recommendations made
Required profile :
With a minimum of a BAC+5 degree (engineering school, specialized postgraduate studies...), you have at least 5 years of experience in information systems, acquired either in an audit or consulting firm, in internal audit, an IT service company, or within the teams of an IT department.
Ideally, you have functional knowledge in a banking environment (investment banking, retail banking, asset management, or private banking).
You have strong abilities in adaptation, organization, and priority management. You are autonomous and available.
A certification (CISA, CISM, ITIL, PRINCE2, ISO27x, or other market standard reference) would be a plus.
Your spoken and written French is impeccable.
You have demonstrated your ability to communicate easily with different levels of management and have good self-control.
Naturally curious, you have a critical mind and good analytical and synthesis skills.
