-Lead the preparation of Master Data (customers, suppliers, inter-company, fixed assets)

-Extract, analyze, and consolidate data from source systems

You will join our Finance and Transformation teams as a Master Data Preparation Consultant to support our clients in their digital transformation and ERP implementation projects (SAP, S/4HANA, etc.), ensuring the quality and reliability of reference data. In this role, you will:

-Contribute to the preparation and structuring of Master Data (customers, suppliers, intercompany, fixed assets) as part of ERP migration or deployment projects,

-Perform data extractions from source systems and analyze their quality, consistency, and completeness,

-Coordinate and monitor data cleaning activities carried out by local and business teams,

-Support countries and operational teams in filling out, understanding, and validating Master Data templates,

-Participate in testing phases (UAT), particularly data loading tests and anomaly analysis,

-Prepare and secure final data loads in the production environment,

-Ensure coordination between business teams, IT, and the various project stakeholders. -You will develop a recognized skill set, shared with our international network, and structured around functional, methodological, and relational dimensions.

What if it was you?

-You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering or business school, or a university, with a specialization in information systems, data management, or digital transformation, and ideally have initial experience in master data management or preparation (especially during internships or work-study programs).

-You have a strong interest in information systems, ERP projects, and the challenges related to data quality and governance.

-You have knowledge in:

-Master Data Management (customers, suppliers, intercompany, fixed assets),

-ERP tools: SAP / S/4HANA, Oracle, Sage, or equivalents,

-Office tools, with advanced proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, quality controls),

-Data migration processes and testing cycles (UAT),

-Notions of data quality, data control, and validation.

-You have analytical skills, an excellent ability to synthesize, and demonstrate rigor in data processing.

-You master French and English fluently, both spoken and written, and have excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to interact effectively with local and international teams.
