Product Marketing Manager is responsible for the clarity and attractiveness of solutions. Their role is to transform our technological innovations (Network, VoIP, AI, Cloud) into effective sales tools and impactful marketing content. They act as a bridge between technical teams, sales teams, and end customers.
Responsibilities and Missions
1. Sales Enablement
Sales Tool Design: Create product sheets and sales presentations
Value Proposition: Translate technical features into customer benefits (ROI, productivity, security).
Training: Brief sales teams on new features and use cases.
2. Content Marketing & Digital
Website Management: Optimize website content to make it clear, modern, and conversion-oriented.
Social Media: Plan and write expert posts on LinkedIn to position Novelcom as an opinion leader.
3. Documentation & Product Adoption
Descriptive Sheets: Write simplified technical documentation to facilitate production and installation.
Customer Onboarding: Create user guides and FAQs to maximize feature usage.
4. Product Strategy
Market Watch: Analyze customer expectations.
Required profile :
Education and Experience
Education: Master's degree (Business School or Master's in Digital Marketing).
Experience: > 1 year in a similar role, ideally in the IT, Telecoms, or SaaS sector.
Technical Skills (Hard Skills)
Copywriting: Excellent writing skills in French (impeccable spelling) to create captivating content.
Design Tools: Proficiency in Canva and/or Figma and/or Adobe to produce professional-quality visuals.
Web & Social: Knowledge of LinkedIn (algorithm, formats) and CMS (WordPress/Webflow).
Languages: Perfect command of French + Technical English
Personal Qualities (Soft Skills)
Synthesizing Ability: Ability to summarize a complex project in 3 key points.
Curiosity: Not afraid to test a feature and understand how it works.
Communication: Ability to rally engineers and salespeople around a common vision.
