We are looking for a passionate Machine Park Maintenance Manager to ensure the operational excellence of our facilities. Your role will be central in maintaining and optimizing our machine park, thus guaranteeing the continuity of our production.
The main objective is to ensure the proper functioning, availability, and reliability of the machine park, as well as the overall good management of the maintenance department, while controlling costs, ensuring the safety of people, and maintaining the industrial performance of the station.
Your responsibilities will cover several crucial aspects:
Manage all preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance activities
Deploy and effectively use CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
Ensure maximum availability of the machine park
Manage complex technical incidents and crisis situations
Produce technical and budget reports
Manage the maintenance budget and optimize spending
Identify and implement technical improvements to increase machine reliability and participate in investment projects
Ensure the compliance of facilities with current regulations (safety, environment)
Manage relationships with suppliers and external service providers.
Contribute to the training, retention, and skills development of the maintenance team.
Required profile :
To excel in this role, higher education in industrial maintenance or equivalent is required, with significant experience of over 8 years. This experience must have been acquired in managing machine park maintenance, ideally within a structure of similar size or operating in a demanding agro-industrial or agri-food environment.
