Job :
The main tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Participate in the administrative and financial management of the College.
- Ensure monitoring of the entity's expenses and contribute to the development of the annual budget and its review.
- Organize, populate, and update databases related to administrative management.
- Provide technical and logistical support to all entity teams (accommodation, catering, travel).
- Organization of professional travel: preparation of mission orders, booking of transport and hotel.
- Preparation and organization of internal events and meetings.
- Ensure the purchasing process from creation to delivery.
- Provide versatile secretarial services: mail management, ordering supplies, filing, and archiving documents.
Activities may change based on the workload and urgency of the College's activities.
