Your days will be marked by varied and enriching missions. On a daily basis, you will actively prospect for new potential clients through targeted and innovative outreach strategies. Commercial negotiation will be at the core of your activity, allowing you to offer tailored solutions that precisely meet our partners' expectations. Developing and managing commercial offers, from initial contact to contract closing, will be an integral part of your responsibilities. You will also carry out constant competitive and market analysis to adapt your approach and identify emerging trends. Managing an existing client portfolio, ensuring regular and proactive follow-up, will be equally important.





  • Develop and manage a client portfolio  

  • Prospect new markets and identify growth opportunities.

  • Conduct complex commercial negotiations and close favorable contracts.

  • Develop personalized and convincing sales proposals.

  • Provide regular reporting of your activity to management.

  • Contribute to defining the company's commercial strategy.


Required profile :

To excel in this role, a solid academic background is essential. You hold a degree of Master's level (Bac +5) or higher. Your academic path has ideally led you to specialize in Sales, Marketing, or Export. This training has provided you with a deep understanding of market dynamics, sales techniques, and international issues, thus preparing you to successfully navigate the demanding Oil & Gas sector.




We are looking for a profile with significant professional experience, ranging from 1 to 5 years. This period has allowed you to develop proven expertise in commercial roles, ideally within the energy sector or in complex industrial environments. Your past experiences have involved managing long sales cycles and interacting with strategic clients, thereby equipping you with a proven ability to meet and exceed set objectives. Experience in international business development would be a considerable asset.




Beyond your education and experience, certain key skills will make the difference. Your interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and persuasively are undeniable. You have a keen sense of analysis and negotiation, enabling you to understand your contacts' needs and propose suitable solutions. Your autonomy, proactivity, and rigor will allow you to successfully carry out your missions. Proficiency in computer tools and CRM software is expected. Adaptability and resilience in the face of market challenges will also be major assets for success in this position.
