Your mission: provide complete and quality support to customers while ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
As an Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Making and managing outgoing calls to customers and prospects,
- Listening, diagnosing needs, and providing accurate, tailored solutions,
- Proposing additional sales in response to requests,
- Applying established processes and mastering internal tools,
- Communicating any useful information to improve service quality,
- Meeting and exceeding set qualitative and quantitative objectives.
Required profile :
