Responsibilities
Lead the alignment of the Chart of Accounts and the structure of Business Units,
Prepare entities for the go-live of the new ERP (entity readiness reviews),
Manage the migration of Trial Balances and reconciliation operations,
Coordinate the alignment of tax matrices with local Finance teams,
Document assumptions and migration decisions,
Participate in financial transformation projects.
Profile & Required Skills
Solid knowledge of General Ledger (GL) accounting, chart of accounts structures, trial balances, and financial reporting,
Experience in financial data migration and reconciliation between legacy systems and new ERPs,
Ability to analyze and align Business Unit structures, cost centers, and tax matrices to meet system and regulatory requirements,
Contribution to process standardization and the implementation of scalable financial integration models,
Analytical mindset, strong rigor, and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve data gaps or discrepancies during financial migrations,
CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification appreciated,
Fluent English required,
Excellent command of Excel.
Required profile :
Your Qualifications
You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school, business school, or university, with a specialization in finance, accounting, audit, or financial information systems.
You have 2 to 10 years of experience in Finance roles (audit, accounting, management control strongly appreciated) and ideally, a first exposure to ERP projects or financial data migration.
You have a good understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, other reports) and are able to contribute to the definition and formalization of data transfer methodologies.
You have advanced Excel skills (financial formulas, cross-checks, validations) and are comfortable processing large volumes of data.
You demonstrate rigor, an analytical mindset, and great attention to detail, and can detect inconsistencies or anomalies in data.
You are able to coordinate with local and IT teams, work under pressure (especially during cutover periods), and meet deadlines and quality standards. You are fluent in French and English, both spoken and written, to work effectively in an international environment.
