What will be your role in the #TeamDeloitte?

You will join our Audit and Assurance teams as an Experienced Consolidated Reporting Consultant to help our clients improve the performance of their consolidated reporting processes and systems within their finance departments.

You will work closely with our clients, large national and international groups. You will be involved in various high-value-added assignments combining business, organization, and system aspects, with the aim of supporting our clients on both fronts:

Business:

• You will produce consolidated financial statements,


• You will review reporting and consolidation processes,


• You will consider the impacts of new regulations and standards on consolidation processes and systems,


• You will support structuring operations, particularly the integration of acquisitions or divestitures of activities,


• You will manage change (e.g., support and facilitate training, HR reviews, first-use assistance...).

System:

• You will assist in choosing consolidation tools (SAP FC, Oracle HFM/FCCS, CCH Tagetik, OneStream...),


• You will assist with project ownership, including the general and detailed design of applications,


• You will ensure the evolutionary maintenance and complete implementation of projects on the main market tools,


• You will ensure change management.

Depending on your background and professional aspirations, you will carry out your consulting assignments within one of our following business sectors: banking, insurance, associations, industry and services, real estate.

What if it were you?

• You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business or engineering school with a specialization in finance and have significant experience in the operational practice of consolidated reporting, in its technical and organizational aspects, gained in a consulting firm or within the consolidation department of a significant-sized group,


• You have mastered consolidation techniques, IFRS standards, and consolidated reporting processes and systems,


• You are passionate about finance and consulting,


• You have analytical skills and good critical thinking,


• You have excellent oral and written French and English skills, and you have excellent interpersonal skills.
