Join our dynamic team in the Other services sector in Casablanca for a PFE Internship RH oriented Data Analyst. This is a unique opportunity to dive into the heart of HR data analysis, a booming field, and actively contribute to our strategic projects.

The main goal of this internship is to develop in-depth expertise in HR data analysis, transforming raw information into actionable insights. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and support strategic decision-making through a deep understanding of key HR performance indicators.

Your main tasks will include:

• Collecting, cleaning, and structuring HR data from various sources.


• Exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.


• Creating dashboards and concise reports to visualize data and communicate results.


• Participating in projects to optimize HR processes based on data analysis.


• Staying updated on new data analysis methods and tools applied to HR.

For this internship, we are looking for a student currently pursuing a Master's degree or higher, with a specialization in Project Management, Studies, or R&D.

1 to 1 year of experience in a related field or through relevant academic projects would be a considerable asset.

The ideal candidate has a strong interest in data and intellectual curiosity. You master data analysis and visualization tools (advanced Excel, a BI tool like Power BI or Tableau would be a plus). A good understanding of HR issues is appreciated. You are recognized for your rigor, analytical skills, and interpersonal skills.
