Job :
Your main tasks will include:
- Identify and prospect for new potential clients in the international transport sector (FTL)
- Build, develop, and retain a profitable and sustainable client portfolio.
- Proactively solicit carriers for international road transport.
- Establish a database of subcontractors
- Develop and present personalized commercial offers.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure follow-up of closed deals.
- Analyze the market and competition to adapt commercial strategies.
- Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate prices, conditions, and services with the client/carrier.
- Conduct direct prospecting actions: calls, visits, networking, participation in trade shows.
- Communicate with different internal departments (Risk management, traffic department) to ensure excellent execution of sold services.
- Plan, organize, and supervise incoming orders.
Required profile :
To excel in this role, a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher is required, ideally in transport and logistics / freight forwarding or Supply Chain Management.
A solid academic background has prepared you to understand the strategic challenges of sales.
Professional experience of between 3 and 5 years in a similar role is highly appreciated.
