Job :

The Product Owner is the product referent within the organization. Their main role is to define, prioritize, and monitor the development of digital products or internal services, in order to meet user needs and the strategic objectives of the company.





Main responsibilities:





Product backlog management





  • Define and prioritize product features and improvements.

  • Ensure consistency between user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.



Interface between business and development





  • Work in close collaboration with technical, UX/UI, and business teams.

  • Clarify needs, write user stories, and track development progress.



Guardian of product value





  • Ensure that delivered features provide real value to users and the company.

  • Participate in testing and validation of deliverables.



Management and reporting





  • Monitor product performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Propose adjustments or evolutions to improve user experience and service efficiency.



Monitoring and continuous improvement





  • Identify market trends and relevant innovations for the product.

  • Propose new ideas or optimizations based on user needs and strategic objectives.


Required profile :

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Product Owner, capable of driving product development while ensuring their alignment with user needs and the company's business objectives.





The ideal candidate should:





  • Have proven experience in managing digital products or similar projects.

  • Master Agile / Scrum methodologies, with the ability to manage the backlog and prioritize features.

  • Possess strong analytical skills to translate business needs into concrete solutions.

  • Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with technical and business teams.

  • Be able to make strategic decisions while remaining user-focused.

  • Show proactivity, autonomy, and initiative to propose product improvements and innovations.



Education and experience:





  • Higher education degree in Computer Science, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in an Agile environment.

  • Knowledge of product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello...) and good UX/UI practices.
