As a Revenue Growth Management Manager, you are the analytical and strategic driver of price, promotion, and assortment performance.




You transform data into business decisions, ensure consistency between brand strategy, commercial execution, and financial objectives, and contribute directly to sustainable and profitable growth.





Your responsibilities





Pricing, Promotions & Assortment





  • Translate brand objectives into concrete pricing and commercial strategies

  • Optimize price architecture, promotional mechanics, and assortment

  • Ensure the balance between market competitiveness and profitability



Analysis & Insights





  • Build and consolidate market, competition, and shopper behavior analyses

  • Identify value creation opportunities

  • Formulate clear and actionable recommendations



Performance Monitoring





  • Track key indicators and measure the financial impact of decisions (P&L, ROI)

  • Build dashboards, reports, and business reviews

  • Identify gaps, risks, and optimization levers



Coordination & Projects





  • Manage RGM initiatives from start to finish

  • Ensure cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of RGM tools and processes

  • Manage the RGM budget and prioritize investments


Required profile :


Profile sought






Master's degree (Bac+5) in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Economics.




Minimum 5 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Sales Analysis, Trade Marketing, or Finance, ideally in the FMCG sector.




Solid understanding of P&L and excellent command of data analysis.




Structured, analytical, and results-oriented mindset, with a strong ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
