Your mission as a Back Office Customer Advisor




As a Back Office Customer Advisor, you will play a key role by:






  • Handling customer requests with precision: Process customer requests and inquiries through written channels, including emails, online forms, or chats, while ensuring precise and structured follow-up.


  • Resolving problems effectively: Analyze requests, identify appropriate solutions, and handle complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.


  • Ensuring quality and compliance: Adhere to internal procedures and quality standards in every interaction to maintain impeccable service.


  • Contributing to customer loyalty: Provide personalized responses that strengthen trust and the customer relationship.
