Job :
Within the corporate legal department, the junior debt collector's main tasks are to assist all legal professionals/managers in carrying out their various activities by performing administrative tasks and preparing legal documents.
Management, Operations, Regulatory Framework, Communication:
- Prepare & Manage legal documents (Formal notices, payment orders, proof of debt claims...) under the supervision of lawyers and the partnership director.
- Provide administrative support to the legal team
- Forward prepared documents to internal stakeholders
- Verify the consistency and compliance with the regulatory framework of administrative files
- Conduct research in legal databases (Bodacc, Pappers...)
- Facilitate internal communication
Organization and Skill Development:
- Update follow-up files for all prepared legal documents
- Organize the registration/archiving of documents on the shared drive (legal documents, contracts, invoices...)
- Ensure the confidentiality of information
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Education: minimum Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in law or equivalent
- Good French speaking skills / Intermediate English level would be a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and email)
- Experience in administrative or legal assistance would be a plus
- Knowledge of legal terminology (an asset)
