Job :
• Post job ads on dedicated platforms (LinkedIn, Rekrute…) and ensure good sourcing ;
• Organize and implement recruitment campaigns and conduct interviews according to established guidelines ;
• Ensure the recruitment of interns and temporary workers ;
• Participate in job fairs and events to collect CVs and promote recruitment opportunities ;
• Prepare and organize the onboarding of new hires and facilitate their integration into the job ;
• Contribute to the management of internal mobility in line with expressed needs ;
• Prepare and implement the annual and/or periodic evaluation campaign, ensuring the collection, monitoring, and consolidation of data needed for the process ;
• Identify and report dysfunctions and suggest improvements to optimize recruitment and career management processes.
Required profile :
Education: Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Work Psychology, Management, or equivalent
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a dynamic or multi-site environment.
