Missions:
Reporting to the technical department, you will ensure the smooth broadcasting of Hit Radio programs and guarantee the proper functioning of IT tools and equipment. You will have the following main missions:
• Ensure the administration, maintenance, and updating of servers and IT infrastructures (Windows, Linux, MacOS)
• Administer the systems used for the production, storage, and broadcasting of multimedia content
• Ensure the monitoring and optimization of the network, especially during live broadcasts
• Provide level 1 and 2 technical support to internal users
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents on production equipment (editing stations, cameras, etc.).
• Ensure the preventive and corrective maintenance of broadcast equipment: mixing consoles, audio processors, codecs, FM transmitters, etc.
• Diagnose faults on broadcast infrastructures, analyze the root causes of malfunctions, and propose improvement plans
• Manage Audio over IP (AoIP) infrastructure to optimize the transmission of audio signals between different studios and remote sites
• Administer broadcasting solutions (playlist management software, playout, radio automation, etc.)
• Manage audio streams for broadcasting on different platforms (FM, DAB+, web radio, online streaming)
• Configure and maintain telephony and on-air interaction systems
Required profile :
Min. required education level:
• Bachelor's degree +1 year (Bac+4) or higher in Computer Science, Systems & Networks, Audiovisual, or equivalent.
Experience level:
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
Profile:
• Proficiency in operating systems (Windows Server, Linux, MacOS), virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Solid knowledge of cybersecurity, access management, data protection, and backups
• Audio & Broadcast Technologies: Knowledge of Audio over IP broadcasting systems (AES67, Dante), broadcast equipment (mixing consoles, FM transmitters, audio processors).
• Experience with Cloud solutions (AWS, Microsoft 365) and multimedia content management tools
• Monitoring and Performance Management: Proficiency in monitoring tools to ensure the availability of IT and broadcast infrastructures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex technical issues
• Responsiveness and priority management
• Good communication skills
