Job :
Your role is to transform marketing needs into functional and
technical solutions configured in the IS.
- Analyze and challenge marketing briefs for the Residential and Professional markets.
- Identify impacts on the IS (Offer Reference, Order-Delivery-Billing, etc.), perform cost estimates and feasibility studies.
- Model, design, test, and deliver the necessary configurations for the catalog's IS applications to handle mobile and convergent offers.
- Coordinate and facilitate discussions with catalog stakeholders (Marketing, Business Units, IS Project Teams, etc.).
- Provide technical and functional expertise during the feasibility study and scoping of complex offer projects.
- Diagnose and resolve incidents, ensure traceability of activities (quality).
- Contribute to the evolution of tools and data models.
Required profile :
Graduated from a higher education program at Bac+5 level or higher in IT, with up to 5 years of experience in information systems.
Technical Skills:
- Techno-functional knowledge of major information system components (Order Taking, Delivery, Billing, etc.).
- Good command of database tools: SQL Developer
- Desirable experience in configuration and parameterization (ERP type).
- Ability to handle sensitive data with accuracy.
Know-how:
- Recognized ability to work across teams, coordinate numerous stakeholders, and act as a facilitator.
- Sharp analytical skills for solution design and modeling.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, business-oriented, and multicultural environment.
