Join our clinic and actively contribute to the performance of our facility as a Technical Manager, based in El Jadida.
This strategic position will allow you to use your expertise to ensure the smooth operation of technical facilities and guarantee a safe, compliant, and efficient environment for patients and medical teams.
Your role will be central in supervising the clinic's infrastructure and equipment, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and the continuity of services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervise and ensure the proper functioning of technical facilities (electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, generator sets, biomedical equipment, etc.).
- Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance operations.
- Manage and organize the work of technical teams and external service providers.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards specific to healthcare facilities.
- Manage maintenance contracts and oversee technical interventions.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of infrastructure and cost optimization.
- Develop and monitor the technical department's budget.
- Provide regular reporting to Management on performance indicators and technical incidents.
Required profile :
With a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, industrial maintenance, biomedical engineering, or an equivalent technical field, you ideally have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a healthcare facility or an organization requiring a high level of regulatory compliance.
This experience has allowed you to develop expertise in complex technical installations and a good understanding of the constraints related to the hospital sector.
