We are looking for a Junior Legal Consultant - Markets and Contracts Engineering (MCE) to join the Group Legal Counsel department. Are you motivated and want to develop in a stimulating environment where your legal skills will make a difference? Then this opportunity is for you!
Your mission:
As a Junior MCE Legal Consultant, you will be a true strategic legal partner, providing your expertise and analytical skills to the various Business Units (BUs) and subsidiaries.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Preventing and managing legal and contractual risks inherent in financial arrangements, market tendering, and corporate structuring and restructuring.
• Studying the feasibility of projects for BUs and subsidiaries.
• Drafting and validating contracts and security documents.
• Updating and drafting standard documents and contracts.
• Registering and tracking files on the internal platform.
• Ensuring legal and regulatory monitoring.
Required profile :
• With a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Law (Private Law, Business Law, etc.). You are a recent graduate or have initial experience, ideally in banking, a consulting firm, or a law firm.
• You have excellent knowledge of capital markets law, financial law, banking law, and contract law.
• You have strong analytical and synthesis skills.
• You have excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• You are dynamic, rigorous, autonomous, and have good interpersonal skills.
