We are looking for an Experienced Legal Consultant - Judicial Affairs to join the Group Legal Department. If you are motivated, wish to grow in a stimulating environment where your legal skills will make a difference, then this opportunity is for you!
Your mission:
As an Experienced Legal Consultant - Judicial Affairs, you will be a true strategic legal partner, bringing your expertise and analytical skills to the various entities of the bank.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Advising, supporting, and handling legal consultations from the banking network (branches, business centers), business entities, support entities, and subsidiaries.
• Managing and monitoring incidents related to accounts and the Right of Communication.
• Taking charge of moderately complex litigation and pre-litigation cases.
• Maintaining relationships and representing the bank with third parties (lawyers, bailiffs, judicial bodies, etc.).
• Handling and responding to extra-judicial claims, providing solutions tailored to litigious situations.
Required profile :
• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Law (Private Law, Business Law, etc.). You have 5 years of experience, ideally in banking, consulting firms, or law firms.
• You have an excellent command of Arabic and French, both written and spoken.
• You have the ability to manage litigation and negotiate suitable solutions.
• You have excellent analytical and legal writing skills.
• You are dynamic, rigorous, autonomous, and a team player.
