Business Context and Main Purpose of the Job
Work closely with Morocco CSP Manager & CSP Team to manage all Unilever category and channel merchandising activities, Modern activations deployment & Perfect Store implementation and follow up
Support the CSP Team and Modern trade team to ensure an excellent implementation of activity plans at the customer level.
Role & Responsibilities
• Merchandising
o Define Merchandisers recruitment needs, per zone, based on the annual PS deployment plan
o Assess Merchandisers based on their performance and skills vs targets
o Records, updates and monitors the implementation of Perfect Store on the field
o Follow up of Perfect Store corrective action plan with CD Field managers
o Ensure advice on Visibility Material Development: Recommendations for equipment & Material, placement and maintenance constraints.
o Ensure regular in field controls of Unilever Merchandising standards implementation and excellence in Unilever planograms execution.
• MT & GT Activations
o Monthly Folders price check in all MT customers
o Ensure Perfect execution of activations for Modern Trade & retail channel.
o Supports Launch of innovations and follow up with the CSP Category lead : Customer presentations, launch events, materials, Product Samples
• Category Operations:
o Working closely with the CSP Manager - support the day to day operational
requirements of categories
o Working with external suppliers to get the best quotations and ensure the follow up on the deliverable ( Gift, POSM, Visiblity etc … ) for all of permanent and temporary activation;
Required profile :
Profile: it is not necessary that the candidate has already done this – Good at project management, has a sense of aesthetics, organized, resourceful, proactive, good interpersonal skills, good communication.
Some knowledge of Excel/PowerPoint
