Reporting to the Organization, Processes, and Quality Department, your main responsibilities will be:

• Participate in the implementation of the Groupe Smeia organization and quality manual according to the ISO 9001 standard.


• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards through audits and continuous monitoring, and track the implementation of resulting action plans.


• Identify risks related to internal processes and manage the risk management system of Groupe Smeia.


• Develop specifications for various internal process dematerialization projects.


• Initiate, manage, and monitor projects in collaboration with the Information Systems Department.


• Follow up and support operational entities in deployment, and provide training and assistance related to solutions implemented as part of internal process dematerialization.

With higher education, such as an Engineering school or equivalent, in process management, quality, AMOA, and organization, you have over 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
