Job :
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating marketing content and distributing it effectively. You will help us create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as your monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Strengthen our relationship with clients and company partnerships
- Plan and execute campaigns and events
- Track, analyze and report the success of those campaigns and events
- Coordinating orders of promotional material and uniforms
- Arranging logistics of promotional material and uniforms
- Solicit appropriate CVs and applications
- Shortlist potential promoters for each vacancy
- Plan staffing requirements with National Ops/Account Manager as per client brief
- Ensure that staffing requirements match brief requirements
- Allocate Promoters to stores/site for each project
- Ensure promoters attend training
- Ensure staff complete “online” or Manual survey/questionnaire within timeframe as per Brief
- Ensure Supervisors are on shift as planned and communicated
- Ensure Supervisors escalate “performance” issues
- Book stores per project Brief and customer
- Keep a register of all store bookings made and submit to NAM/NOM as per project plan
- Prepare Traffic Light Report and submit
- Ensure that equipment, uniforms and peripherals are signed for by the promoters on issue and return
- Ensure that all these assets are worn/used as per project brief/plan in field
- Collect at end of promotional activity and return to central storage or client as per brief
- Investigate, report and take corrective actions when such loss occurs
- Compile promoter payment schedules
- Be alert to competitor activity and potential tenders
Required profile :
Qualifications
- 3-5 years' of marketing / activation experience
- Master / Bachelor degree in Marketing or a related field of study
- Excellent writing and communication skills
