As part of your role, you will be asked to:





  • Identify, advise, and influence stakeholders to work towards improving human performance;

  • Identify skill gaps and learning needs, develop, plan, and deploy learning solutions (such as: structured task support, e-learning, classroom or workshop training, skill assessment tools, technical support network...) in collaboration with technical trainers;

  • Support the organization in establishing and monitoring key performance indicators and evaluating the impact of learning activities on performance (e.g., quality, learning curve, return on investment...);

  • Manage the structure and flow of discussions during training sessions or workshops to enable groups to learn effectively and develop their skills;

  • Ensure the content of training courses complies with technical skill documentation (such as: certification, job profile, technical skill, learning activity, deadlines, evaluation...);

  • Act as a consultant and support for managers and employees on all training-related matters;

  • Oversee the implementation of the training plan (Training engineering, deployment, studies, and reporting);

  • Launch calls for tenders to meet specific operational needs: Meet and select external providers (training organizations, consulting firms) based on the pedagogical requirements of the training plan;

  • Validate the feasibility and relevance of proposals, in pedagogical and budgetary terms, negotiate training services if necessary.

  • Ensure the logistics for planned training sessions: availability of resources, materials, rooms...




Required profile :

As an ideal candidate,




You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.


You have proven experience of 4 to 5 years in a similar role.



You have the following skills:





  • You have good knowledge of the training reimbursement process (GIAC, OFPTT, ANAPEC).

  • You have previous experience in designing, implementing, and delivering training;

  • You are skilled at advising and influencing managers;

  • You have excellent communication skills in French and English;

  • You are capable of managing multiple projects and assignments simultaneously;

  • You are results-oriented and work effectively in a team;

  • You master MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

  • You adopt a continuous improvement approach (e.g., value-added production, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.).
