REPORTS TO:SENIOR DIRECTOR, QUALITY & FOOD SAFETY OR SENIOR DIRECTOR, SAFETY & RISK



KEY WORKING PARAMETERS



Scope & Impact:



The QSE OperationsSenior Managerprovides end-to-end operationalmanagement ofQuality, Safety, Environment, and Technical Risk across theoperating geography, ensuring all operational environments — manufacturing, distribution, marketplace, RTM, and supply chain — consistently meet or exceed global QSE governance requirementsand ensure business continuity.



This position is accountable for:



Quality & Food Safety (QFS)



  • Ensure full compliance with KORE QFS governance requirements across all operational sites.



  • EnableQFS excellence, embedding Quality by Design (QbD) in allproduct, package, and process transformation initiatives.



  • Drive OU QFS maturity acceleration,leveraginganalytics, performance models, and global best practices.



Safety & Occupational Health



  • Implementthe end-to-end Health & Safety (H&S) governance frameworkand globalstandards including Life-Saving Rules,Behaviour-Based Safety, HOP, andRoute to MarketSafety.



  • Influence AOU and Bottler H&S OPEX/CAPEX decisions to eliminate or reduce material risks.



  • Drive transformation of the H&S culture to achieve a Zero IsPossible mindset.



Environment & Operational Sustainability



  • Lead improvement of operational environmental KPIs, with focus on:



  • E2E water supply and quality management 



  • Operational energy efficiency and CO₂ reduction



  • Waste reduction, compliance, and on-site circular economy practices



QSE Risk Management




  • Ensure implementation and continuous improvement of the Technical Risk Management Framework (TRMF)for QSE, aligned with ERM and global TRM programs.



  • Applyrisk-based decision making across operations, innovation, and supply chain change activities.



  • Ensure all marketsmaintainvalidated, current Business Continuity Plans (BCPs)for critical ingredientsand conduct regular simulations and readiness assessments.



Franchise Leadership



  • Provide operational QSE leadership to bottling partners, enabling capability building, alignment to governance, and consistent execution across all markets.

Operational Governance & Compliance



  • Ensure 100% alignment with KORE,and robust implementation ofKORE,TCCC governance models, internal policies, and regulatory requirements across QSE disciplinesfrom ingredient to marketplace.



  • Embed compliance routines, internal audits, and validation processes.



System Performance & Continuous Improvement



  • Establish and manage system-wide performance models, benchmarks, and KPIs for QFS, H&S, water, energy, and risk. 



  • Use predictive analytics and digital tools for visibility and proactive issue management. 



  • Apply lean methodologies, data-driven decisions, best practice replication, complexity reduction, and digitalization (e.g., Picasso, Coke Works) to drive operational excellence. 



  • Lead technical response, resolution, and root cause analysis for QSE IMCR.



Culture, Capability & Leadership



  • Lead the QSE Culture Transformation, driving safety, quality, and environmental mindsets across all levelsandparts of the operations.



  • Develop key QSE talent in criticalbottleroperational roles.




  • Operate as an influential member of theoperating geographyLeadership Team.



Technical Risk&Business Continuity



  • Deploy a structuredQSErisk management approach across manufacturing, distribution, innovation, sustainability, and supply chain.



  • Operationalisecritical ingredientBCP readiness across bottlers and OU functions.



Environmental Stewardship in Operations



  • Implement operational elements of the AOU Water Risk Framework, includingE2E water supply and quality management 



  • Drive energy efficiency improvements and support decarbonization projects at the plant level.



  • Ensure environmental reporting integrity and compliance.



Network Leadership & Stakeholder Management



  • Implement alignedQSE operational strategies with:



  • Bottling Partners



  • Supply Chain



  • R&D & Innovation



  • CPS



4. COMMUNICATION FOCUS



  • Communicate QSE performance insights tothe operatinggeographyLT&Bottler Leadership, and global functional networks.



  • Influence stakeholders to gain alignment on QSE operational strategies and investments.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS



Education



  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Food Science, Environmental Science, Safety, or related technical field (master’spreferred).



Experience



  • 8+ years in QSE, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Technical Leadership roles.



  • Proventrack recordin:



  • Large-scale operational QSE leadership
