Job :
Reporting to the IT manager and as an IT Business Partner, you will be the main IT contact for a business department and ensure the smooth running of their IT systems.
Missions:
- Supervise the IT operational maintenance (MCO) of your area (workstations, meeting rooms, etc.) and initiate necessary actions as needed;
- Define the IT operating budget for your area based on forecasts (ordering hardware, licenses, equipment for new hires, etc.);
- Identify the IT needs of your area to digitize/optimize business processes;
- Track and measure the effectiveness of the implementation of local projects in your area;
- Coordinate with the French IT departments for the deployment of projects with technical and/or infrastructure impact on ASM;
- Manage escalations for incident resolution, and monitor major incidents;
- Gather and analyze the business needs of your area and submit them to the IT department and AXA Group Ops, and ensure their proper progress;
- Identify and address "annoying" issues concerning your area;
- Organize and manage the animation of exceptional measures (task force, OpenLAB) in your area in case of major incident, crisis or problem;
- Lead governance committees with the operational directors of the businesses in your area (support preparation, minutes, etc.);
- Ensure the satisfaction of business users in your area.
Required profile :
With a higher education degree (Bac + 5) from an engineering school, you have 5 years of experience in a similar position (ITBP) and possess:
- Solid project management skills;
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies (LAN, WAN, WLAN, NAS, ESX, Digital workplace, Cloud, etc.);
- Knowledge of tools such as Salesforce, Service Now, Power BI, Office Suite;
- Mastery of the ITIL method.
