Job :
You will be responsible for creating and writing technical documentation and/or numerical control programming required for the manufacture of aerospace engine parts, as well as for their production launch and testing.
Specific responsibilities of the position:
- Coordinate production launch and parts development projects;
- Perform and write complex manufacturing processes for engine parts and assemblies;
- Perform numerical control programming (multi-axis turning-milling);
- Interpret and validate technical requirements from drawings, models, and customer specifications;
- Issue and manage change requests for CNC programming and tooling design;
- Define tooling for part assembly or inspection in collaboration with related departments;
- Coordinate the introduction of new products and changes through strict and standardized quality processes;
- Provide technical support to the manufacturing workshop and external suppliers;
- Establish work standards to improve the quality and robustness of manufacturing processes.
Required profile :
We are looking for a professional passionate about manufacturing and mechanical design, ready to take on technical challenges in a dynamic and stimulating environment.
Minimum required qualifications:
- Education: College diploma (minimum Bac +2) in Aeronautical Manufacturing, Manufacturing Techniques, or Mechanical Techniques.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in manufacturing or mechanical design, with at least one year required in methods.
Technical skills:
- Proficiency in programming, ideally on Catia (or failing that, on another software such as Mastercam, with essential proficiency in Catia for design).
- Knowledge of SAP, PLM, Vericut tools, and AS9102 standards (a significant asset).
- Comfortable with the Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.
Languages:
- French: Very good level required (written and oral).
- English: Intermediate level required (written and oral).
