- Create visually appealing floral arrangements for the Resort's daily needs.
- Provide specialized design and floral expertise to plan, design, and create floral arrangements for all Resort events.
- Provide floral arrangements in rooms and public spaces as needed and on schedule.
- Ensure all designs meet Resort standards and meet or exceed guest expectations.
- Ensure all floral arrangements are within the allocated budget and that deadlines are met for Resort requirements.
- Handle special floral requests for banquets and restaurants.
- Ensure the maintenance of internal floral decorations.
- Create new floral recipes or designs.
- Stay up-to-date and follow design trends, floral techniques, accessories, and other products.
- Prepare daily flower costs for outlets and other departments.
