Your role will be essential in maintaining financial fluidity and rigorous monitoring of operations.
The main goal of this role is to ensure efficient and accurate treasury management, by actively participating in daily operations. This involves ensuring the availability of funds, optimizing financial flows, and providing reliable information for decision-making.
Your main tasks will include:
Main responsibilities
1. Management of supplier payments.
• Prepare and execute payment campaigns (transfers, direct debits, checks, platforms).
• Process validated invoices according to agreed deadlines.
• Perform reconciliations between invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.
• Manage simple disputes with suppliers or internal departments.
• Monitor supplier accounts (balances, reminders, clearing).
• Check the compliance of accounting documents before payment.
• Respond to supplier requests regarding payments.
• Collaborate with purchasing, accounting, and operational departments to resolve discrepancies or disputes.

Required profile :
Training and experience
