  • Process payroll elements and accounting documents.
  
  
  • Code accounting documents, to facilitate access in case of analysis, claim, or control.
  
  
  • File accounting documents
  
  
  • Create journals and accounting accounts with the approval of the accounting manager
  
  
  • Monitor accounting archives
  
  
  • Perform a preliminary check of purchase files
  
  
  • Provide accounting information for budget construction and studies
  
  
  • Participate in statutory auditor missions (provide requested documents)
  
  
  • Perform a preliminary analysis of accounting accounts
  
  
  • Process corrections required following accounting reporting and recommendations from the accounting manager
  
  
  • Prepare the provisions file
  
  
  • Generate and issue financial statements (trial balances, general ledgers, reports)

  Analytical Accounting:
  
  
  
  • Perform an initial reliability check on analytical reports
  
  
  • Participate in the analysis and comments on accounts

  • Prepare tax declarations (VAT, Corporate Tax, etc.)

Holding a Bac+2/3 (Associate's/Bachelor's degree) in Accounting, you have 5 years of experience as an accountant.

Fully independent and with good interpersonal skills, you have a good sense of analysis and synthesis. You have a passion for numbers and you master accounting principles.


You have good knowledge of general accounting and analytical accounting, with knowledge of taxation, purchasing processes, and inventory management.
