As our next Training Manager, your main mission will be to support the company's HR strategy in terms of training and to analyze the skills development needs of departments and employees.

Your role will be essential in defining and implementing a training strategy aligned with our company's challenges. You will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of individual and collective performance by ensuring the constant skill development of our employees.

Your main missions will include:

• Analyzing the training needs of all departments.


• Designing and deploying suitable training programs.


• Managing the training budget and monitoring activities.


• Evaluating the effectiveness of the training provided.


• Staying updated on current schemes and regulations.


• Coordinating with external providers and internal trainers.

You hold a degree at Master's level (Bac +5), ideally with a specialization in Human Resources, Personnel, or Training.

A professional experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role is required. You already have a thorough knowledge of corporate training processes and have successfully managed large-scale projects.

To excel in this role, it is essential to have:
