Job :
The role will have the following responsibilities:
- Facilitate the contract follow-up meeting with the assembly purchasing team
- Facilitate meetings with critical suppliers
- Facilitate delivery issue meetings with various stakeholders: Purchasing, Business Units, suppliers
- Provide solutions for supply problems
- Lead the purchasing team and assist them in resolving escalations
- Update the modification file for vehicle preparation (adding/replacing/removing references) in accordance with the project's PPL
- Weekly distribution of a summary containing: Performance Indicators and Operational Challenges
- Create and monitor a safety stock
- Participate in production planning follow-up • Ensure daily monitoring of urgent issues and problems with the warehouse and quality department
Required profile :
- Mandatory experience in supply chain
- Leadership, rigor, and autonomy.
- Purchasing experience is a plus
- Agility in a cross-functional and international environment, English proficiency required
- Synthesis and analytical skills
- Inventory management methods, knowledge of Incoterms, and all logistical aspects
