Your main tasks will include managing the entire recruitment process, from defining needs with operational managers to onboarding new hires. You will be responsible for:

• Analyzing recruitment needs in collaboration with different departments.


• Writing and posting job offers on various channels.


• Actively sourcing potential candidates through professional networks and databases.


• Conducting pre-screening interviews and assessing technical and behavioral skills.


• Organizing and coordinating interviews with operational managers.


• Ensuring personalized follow-up with candidates throughout the process.


• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our HR processes and candidate experience.

A diploma of Bac +3 level is required. Higher education in human resources, psychology, labor law, or equivalent would be a major asset.

Professional experience of 3 to 5 years in similar roles is essential. Expertise in recruitment within the banking or financial sector is highly appreciated.
