Your main tasks will include managing the entire recruitment process, from defining needs with operational managers to onboarding new hires. You will be responsible for:
- Analyzing recruitment needs in collaboration with different departments.
- Writing and posting job offers on various channels.
- Actively sourcing potential candidates through professional networks and databases.
- Conducting pre-screening interviews and assessing technical and behavioral skills.
- Organizing and coordinating interviews with operational managers.
- Ensuring personalized follow-up with candidates throughout the process.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our HR processes and candidate experience.
Required profile :
A diploma of Bac +3 level is required. Higher education in human resources, psychology, labor law, or equivalent would be a major asset.
Professional experience of 3 to 5 years in similar roles is essential. Expertise in recruitment within the banking or financial sector is highly appreciated.
To excel in this role, it is essential to have:
- Excellent knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Developed analytical and synthesis skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and strong listening ability.
- Good organization and rigorous priority management.
- Knowledge of the Banking / Finance sector and its professions, particularly in Sales / Commercial / Export.
