Join our dynamic company, a leader in the Import / Export / Trading / Real Estate sector, in Casablanca. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Director M/F to lead our strategy and strengthen our market presence.
Your role will be essential in defining and executing the overall marketing strategy, aiming to increase our brand awareness, stimulate demand for our products and services, and optimize our market share. You will be the driving force behind our growth and brand image.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing all marketing activities, including:
Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
Managing the marketing budget and optimizing return on investment.
Leading marketing teams and developing their skills.
Analyzing market trends and competition to identify new opportunities.
Developing effective multi-channel communication campaigns.
Measuring the performance of marketing actions and adjusting strategies accordingly.
Strengthening the brand and its positioning.
Required profile :
An academic degree of Master's level (Bac +4) is required.
Solid professional experience, ranging from 10 to 20 years, is essential, ideally gained in similar import-export or trading environments.
