Within the Environmental Certifications department (in coordination with the Disma team - France), your mission will be to:

• Environmental certification & strategy


• Implement and monitor environmental and agro-environmental certifications (Global GAP, GRASP, ISO 14001, etc.)


• Participate in identifying and reducing environmental impact (water, energy, waste, biodiversity...)


• Ensure regulatory and documentary monitoring (impact studies, risk assessments...)


• Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits


• Integrate environmental approaches into the overall quality system


• Analysis, indicators & tools


• Conduct environmental assessments (water, energy balances, life cycle analysis...)


• Use and develop multi-criteria environmental indicators


• Participate in digitalization and reporting via Power BI, GIS, environmental management tools


• Awareness & animation


• Raise team awareness through workshops and training


• Lead committees, meetings, and working groups


• Support teams in the field to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements

You hold an engineering or master's degree in Environment, Water Engineering, Process Engineering, or equivalent, and you have proven experience in implementing environmental projects in an agricultural or industrial setting.

Typical qualifications:

• Solid knowledge of environmental assessment, biodiversity, water management, and pollution prevention


• Proficiency in reporting and mapping tools: GIS, advanced Excel, Power BI, modeling software


• Writing skills, analytical and synthesis abilities


• Field experience, good communication skills, team spirit


• Ability to work independently with rigor and method


• Good command of written and spoken French
