Job :
As part of the opening of a new festive restaurant in Marrakech, we are looking for a Festive Restaurant Manager to lead our establishment. A true operational leader, you have solid experience in renowned establishments and are able to manage services throughout the day, with experience in festive restaurants.
Main missions:
· Supervise all daily operations (lunch and dinner service).
· Manage, recruit, train, and unite the front-of-house and bar team.
· Perfectly master management tools (reservation tools, etc...)
· Develop turnover.
· Ensure excellent customer service and meet financial goals.
Profile sought:
· Experience: Minimum 5/10 years in a management position in high-end or festive restaurants.
· Languages: Excellent level (fluent) in French, English. Speaking or having basic knowledge of Arabic would be a real plus (for non-Moroccans).
· Qualities: Great schedule flexibility (availability day/night), natural leadership, and strong interpersonal skills.
Asset:
Having a contact list or an active client database in Morocco and abroad.
Contacts in the professional field (artists, DJs, hosts/hostesses, etc...)
Client contacts (Works Council, companies, Tour operators, hotel concierges, etc...)
Salary and benefits will be discussed based on profiles and experience.

Required profile :
With 5 to 20 years of experience in managing festive restaurants or similar establishments, you have in-depth knowledge of the sector and a proven ability to manage large teams in a demanding environment.
