Job :
AGO Jobs & HR is expanding its outsourcing services and is looking for a qualified Outsourcing Services Officer with good knowledge of Moroccan finance, HR legislation, and operational processes. You will actively participate in service execution, operational monitoring, and adherence to quality standards.
- Execute and monitor outsourcing services in HR, finance, payroll, and daily operations
- Ensure compliance with Moroccan financial, social, and administrative regulations
- Implement defined workflows, procedures, and operational processes
- Ensure operational coordination with local partners, authorities, and clients
- Track performance indicators, operational data, and service quality
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and operational optimization
- Collaborate with international operational teams
Required profile :
- Relevant experience in HR, finance, or operations in Morocco
- Good knowledge of Moroccan legal and administrative frameworks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Analytical mindset and solution-oriented approach
- Proficiency in French and English; Arabic is a significant asset
A plus if you have
- Experience in outsourcing or a BPO environment
- Familiarity with digital tools, HR tech, or process automation
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
