Job :
Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure and Operations Department, you are responsible for the connectivity, performance, and security of the network and telecom infrastructures of Groupe Smeia. Your mission is to drive the continuous optimization of our systems to ensure maximum availability for users and the group's sites.
Your Main Responsibilities:
1. Network Administration and Engineering
Define technical architectures and infrastructure standards for all group sites.
Lead network evolution projects and write technical specifications.
Install, configure, and administer equipment (routers, switches, SVI, IP telephony, and mobile fleet).
Manage access rights, addressing, and the telecommunication network directory.
2. Maintenance and Performance
Monitor network performance in real-time and implement corrective solutions.
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance in coordination with suppliers and operators.
Monitor maintenance contracts and ensure the quality of billed services.
Keep the physical inventory and technical documentation (network mapping) up to date.
3. Budget Management and Reporting
Identify investment needs (hardware, licenses) and participate in budget development.
Monitor operating expenses monthly and analyze discrepancies.
Develop annual action plans to modernize the infrastructure.
4. Security and Business Continuity
Participate in defining and applying the Information Systems Security Policy (PSSI).
Implement cybersecurity and communication security measures.
Actively contribute to the development of Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP).
5. User Support and Assistance
Provide expert-level technical support for complex incidents.
Assist users in adopting telecom resources.
Diagnose and repair malfunctions (workstations, lines, configurations) as quickly as possible.
Required profile :
Education: Master's degree (Bac+5) in Networks and Telecommunications Engineering or Information Systems.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a multi-site environment.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in network routing, switching, and security protocols (Firewalls, VPN).
Expertise in IP telephony (PABX/IPBX) and mobile fleet management.
Knowledge of monitoring and billing tools.
Qualities: Rigor, high responsiveness, organizational skills, and analytical ability.
