As part of the development of our HR strategy and our commitment to training and employability, we are recruiting a School Label Officer.
Main tasks:
- Deploy and manage the School Label program with partner institutions.
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with schools and training centers.
- Participate in the design and monitoring of training programs in line with operational needs.
- Organize training sessions, workshops, visits, and school events.
- Ensure the follow-up of interns, apprentices, and young talents integrated through the Label.
- Contribute to the promotion of the employer brand within partner institutions.
- Evaluate the impact of the actions carried out and ensure regular reporting.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent.
- Experience in training, HR development, or school relations desired.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Sense of coordination and project management.
