Job :

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals.




Implement effective sales strategies and monitor their execution.




Supervise the prospecting, negotiation, and customer loyalty for private and professional clients.




Ensure the quality of customer service and the brand image.




Analyze performance indicators (turnover, margins, customer satisfaction) and propose corrective action plans.




Ensure coordination between the sales, marketing, and after-sales departments.





Required profile :

Education from Bac+3 to Bac+5 in commerce, management, or equivalent.




Proven experience in automotive sales, ideally in a similar role.




Excellent communication, leadership, and results-oriented skills.




Mastery of sales techniques and a strong sense of customer service.
