Job :
Reporting to the Sales Department, your main tasks are:
- To sell and promote cosmetic products (Creams) to perfumery and wholesale cosmetic product customers
- To develop and keep loyal wholesale, direct sales and retail professional customers
- To achieve the turnover objectives set by the sales department.
- To advise customers on products, their uses, and benefits.
- To participate in setting up promotional and marketing operations in the field.
- To carry out regular competitive monitoring to adapt the product offer.
Job Activities:
- To respect the highway code and apply Lesieur Cristal's Health, Safety, and Work (HSW) policy when driving.
- To scrupulously follow the established customer visit program.
- To make sales and ensure debt collection in accordance with current procedures.
- To manage the follow-up of stocks in their mobile depot as well as the administrative management of sales, including invoice tracking and payment collection
- To provide regular reporting on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the hierarchical manager.
Required profile :
Profile:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling cosmetic and perfume products to retailers and wholesalers, on a national scale
- In-depth knowledge of products and trends in the cosmetics sector.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a team and manage complex sales situations.
- Dynamic, autonomous, and organized. National mobility
