We are looking for a Contracts Lawyer to strengthen our team and contribute to our success.
As a Contracts Lawyer, your role will be essential in ensuring the legal security of our operations and in supporting the teams in managing contractual risks.
Your main tasks will include:
• Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing various contracts (partnerships, service providers, suppliers, etc.).
• Analyzing legal risks and proposing appropriate solutions.
• Monitoring contractual and regulatory compliance.
• Providing advice and assistance to operational teams on all legal matters related to contracts.
Required profile :
• You have a Master's degree (Bac +5), specializing in Business Law.
• 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally gained within a law firm or a legal department, would be a major asset.
• Solid understanding of contract law and obligations.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• High level of rigor and a strong sense of organization.
• Analytical and synthetic thinking skills.
• Good interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
• Good command of English and French is mandatory.
