As part of strengthening our organization, we are looking for a Production, Performance & Attendance Manager to supervise and lead teams working in a demanding, structured medical environment focused on quality of care.
As Production Manager, your responsibilities will include:
1. Team Supervision & Management
- Supervise, support, and motivate medical and paramedical teams.
- Organize and optimize schedules.
- Ensure presence, discipline, and adherence to schedules.
- Maintain a professional, respectful, and quality-oriented work environment.
2. Performance & Quality Management
- Monitor production and individual/collective performance indicators.
- Implement continuous improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with professional standards in the medical sector.
3. Operational Organization & Control
- Coordinate daily activities to ensure operational fluidity.
- Identify organizational needs and propose solutions.
- Control the application of internal procedures and medical standards.
4. Reporting & Communication
- Establish regular reports on production, performance, and attendance.
- Communicate directions, objectives, and priorities to the teams.
- Report anomalies and propose corrective actions
Required profile :
- Proven experience in managing operational teams (ideally in a medical, paramedical, clinic, or care center environment).
- Excellent sense of organization, control, and follow-up.
- Ability to analyze performance and support teams towards improvement.
- Natural leadership, smooth communication, and sense of discipline.
- Ability to manage sensitive human situations with tact and professionalism.
