Your missions
As a technical and operational leader, you will be responsible for:
o Management of 3 technical rooms (Rabat, Casablanca, Paris)
o Supervise and support a team of system administrators across multiple sites (Rabat, Casablanca, Paris), ensuring their skill development and task distribution.
o Lead the operation and administration of the virtualised infrastructure: VM lifecycle management, security patch application, maintaining operational readiness, supporting projects for middleware deployment.
o Manage and optimize storage solutions (DELL Compellent, EMC VNX): resource allocation, incident tracking, continuous performance improvement.
o Be the backup reference: ensure the availability and security of data on all equipment.
o Ensure the management and security of infrastructure services: Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, NPS, WAB Bastion, monitoring, SMTP relay, Proxy, Reverse Proxy, PKI, etc.
o Lead patch management (servers and workstations) via WSUS and SCCM, ensuring compliance and security of the park.
o Manage incidents and technical problems: indicator tracking, reporting, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.
o Be a key player in change management and technical documentation (inventories, repositories, decommissioning procedures).
o Collaborate closely with the CISO and security experts for vulnerability management, conducting control plans (reviews, penetration tests), and applying security policies.
o Actively participate in supporting business and internal projects as a technical project manager.
o Ensure the operational management of network infrastructures:
o Manage network equipment (switching, routing, LB, etc.)
o Analyze and process network & security incident requests submitted or identified via tools
o Handle run requests (opening flows, routing, VLAN propagation, VPN deployment, etc.)
o Manage evolutions (related to client/project requests or internal needs).
o Installation, evolution, and configuration of network & security equipment
o Collaboration with the network team to ensure the availability, security, and performance of services
Required profile :
Higher education degree (Master's level / Bac+5) in IT and Security.
o Proven experience (7 to 10 years) in a similar role, in a complex environment (400 users or more). o Technical mastery:
o Technical project management (Agile appreciated)
o Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, NPS, WAB Bastion, PKI, Proxy, AntiVirus
o Microsoft SCCM, WSUS tools
o Storage (DELL Compellent, EMC VNX)
o Windows 10, Windows Server, Linux systems (AIX/Solaris knowledge appreciated)
o Virtualization (vSphere, vCenter)
o Monitoring (Centreon, CACTI)
o Advanced network skills: switching, routing, firewall management, reverse proxy, load balancing with solutions like Forti (Fortinet) and Cisco
o Knowledge of Wallix Bastion would be a plus
