• Actively monitor brand mentions on the web and social networks.
• Analyze user feedback and perceptions to identify risks and opportunities related to brand image.
• Manage interactions with communities (comments, reviews, messages).
• Implement actions to improve the brand's digital perception and reputation.
• Anticipate and manage sensitive situations or online reputation crises.
Content Strategy:
• Define and manage the editorial strategy in line with marketing and communication objectives.
• Plan and produce content adapted to different digital platforms (social networks, blog, newsletters, SEO content).
• Ensure editorial consistency and quality of published content.
• Collaborate with creative teams for the production of visual and multimedia content.
• Optimize content to improve its visibility and performance.
Digital Platform Management and Engagement
• Administer the brand's accounts on various digital platforms.
• Develop and engage online communities.
• Ensure regular content distribution according to a defined editorial calendar.
Analysis and Reporting:
• Track and analyze performance indicators (engagement, reach, traffic, brand sentiment).
• Conduct competitive and sector-specific monitoring.
• Produce regular reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
Required profile :
Education:
Bachelor's degree to Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in digital marketing, communication, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar role (content management, social media, or e-reputation).
Technical Skills:
• Excellent writing skills.
• Proficiency in social networks and content management tools.
• Knowledge of SEO and editorial strategy.
• Proficiency in e-reputation monitoring and analysis tools.
