We are looking for a Junior Legal Consultant for Judicial Affairs (AJ) to join the Group Legal Counsel department. If you are motivated and wish to grow in a stimulating environment where your legal skills will make a difference, then this opportunity is for you!
Your mission:
As a Junior Legal Consultant for Judicial Affairs, you will be a true strategic legal partner, providing your expertise to various stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Advising, assisting, and handling legal consultations from the banking network, business entities, support entities, and subsidiaries.
• Managing account incidents and the Right to Communication.
• Managing, monitoring, and resolving litigation and pre-litigation cases.
• Managing the relationship and representation of the Bank with third parties.
• Handling extrajudicial claims.
• Supervising and supporting employees on operational and legal risks related to their cases.
Required profile :
• With a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Law (Litigation Law, Legal and Judicial Careers Law, Business Law, etc.). You are a recent graduate or have initial experience, ideally in the banking sector.
• You have excellent command of Arabic and French, both written and spoken.
• You have the ability to manage litigation and negotiate suitable solutions.
• You have excellent listening, analytical, and synthesis skills.
• You are autonomous, rigorous, and a team player.
